Dr. Gudger is extremely knowledgable in many disciplines of dentistry. Whether you need veneers, crowns, implants, fillings, whitening or even just a teeth cleaning, we can make that smile even brighter. With the development of oral conscious sedation all of these procedures can safely be accomplished very comfortably and with little to no memory of the appointment the next day.
We utilize digital radiography which delivers up to 10 times less radiation to our patients than conventional x-rays. Our on site digital cone beam/CT (Computer Tomograph) machine allows us to take high definition 3 dimensional images of the teeth, bone, and nerve structures. This facilitates better treatment planning and education when planing dental implants and other types of oral surgery that Dr. Gudger performs.

Dr. Gudger has attained a high level of competency regarding the art of sedation, cosmetic and full mouth rehabilitation cases. He graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before completing his dental school training at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in general dentistry. Dr. Gudger’s continual quest for excellence and highly refined clinical skills is well known in the Raleigh community at large and also among his peers. Dr. Gudger also actively volunteers in the Wake Smiles mission in downtown Raleigh that provides much needed dentistry to homeless and underserved citizens of North Carolina.
